The Change Bag is an invaluable accessory for any magician, and there are several different models available from any magic dealer. Although there are large Change Bags, for producing doves or rabbits, or other large items, most magicians use a Change Bag to change a couple of silks, ropes or ribbons, or other similar small and compressible items.

 Most standard Change Bags are rather large, so we offer you this Mini Change Bag, which is a much smaller prop, and more appropriate in size with the items used. It has all the convenience and functionality of a regular Change Bag, but is a much smaller prop, compact enough to carry in your pocket, and perfectly workable for silks, ropes, ribbons, paper slips and currency bills, and solid items of up to the size of a deck of cards. You could have your silks or other items in the bag to start with, so that its use in the routine is natural and logical.

An excellent routine for children's entertainers, conceived by Ian Adair, the props for this comprise of a cut out crown with a large jewel, and a safe. 

The crown is at first covered with a cloth or opaque silk. The performer states that the Queen owns a very valuable crown and in it's center is a priceless jewel. He further states that when the Queen is not wearing her crown she asks for the priceless jewel to be removed and placed inside the special security safe. He opens, first the first door ... it's not there. He opens the second door and points as if it is there, but it isn't. The priceless jewel has gone missing. Then he uncovers the crown to show that the jewel is there, set in the center of the crown. He removes the jewel, pokes his fingers through the big gap and recovers the crown. 

He places the jewel inside one of the compartments of the two-doored case (safe !) closing the door. Here the usual tipping from one side to the other takes place ... ( ala the Die Box) the jewel has gone. Perhaps someone has stolen it. Each door, one at a time being opened for the fun, then both ... It Has Gone! Where can it be ? 
He rushes over to the silk covered crown, whips the silk off ... but it is not there. He covers it again, , gets the children to shout out the magic words etc. and yes ... when revealed, its back in position, set in the center of the crown. (It is not necessary to cover it, you can have the Jewel re-appear visibly if you prefer.)

The crown measures 10.5" in length, and 6" high, with the jewel 2.25" in diameter. It plugs/unplugs instantly into the base (8.25" x 5") allowing you to set this up or dismantle this in seconds. The "safe" is 6" long, 3" high, and 1.75" deep. 

The Crown is approx 16" long, and stands 8" high. The Jewel is a large 3.5" diameter. The folding base is 12" long and 7" wide. The safe measures 9" long, 2" thick, and 4.5" high.

You are supplied with a tall, clear plastic tube, a handsomely decorated metal cover for it, a wooden base several different colored balls approximately 2½ inches in diameter, and a beautifully decorated box with swinging doors at the front and back.

Although there is just room for the three balls, one on top of the other, to fit the plastic tube, the ball placed on top of the three successively appears at the bottom and in the center of the three balls. AND FOR A STUNNING CLIMAX-the migratory sphere is placed in the box, both doors are closed. But, when the doors are opened, you can see right through the box and the ball has VANISHED quicker than you can say ‘Presto’. The ball has found its way back to the plastic tube and appears between the other two balls!! STRAT-O-SPHERES is very colorful, well made, has eye appeal and is highly recommended.

Performer enters carrying a piece of rope coiled up in his hand. The rope is opened up and seen to be about two and a half feet long. The rope is held horizontally between the hands. One hand is released but the rope stays straight out rigid! A spectator touches the rope, and it immediately falls loose.

EFFECT: A folded piece of paper is presented to the audience. The paper is opened to reveal the word “NO” printed in large letters on it. The paper is then torn in half and then in half once more. Next the pieces of paper are folded together, and with a wave of the performer’s hand the pieces are unfolded and to the amazement of the audience the pieces have been fully restored back to their original state.

Great for kid-shows or adults! Works every time! No skill required! Two spectators THINK of any animal from a set of flash cards. You pick up two blank cards, make a couple of quick sketches, and your predictions are correct! (You’re a genius, of course—but now everyone knows it!)

Effect: You show the audience a set of 10 different zoo animals on flash cards. Two spectators stand up in the audience and think of any one of the animals as you show them all of the cards. Picking up a blank card and a felt-tip marker, you attempt to read the minds of the spectators. You place your predictions on a card stand, then—for the first time—the two spectators call out the animals they selected. You place their selections on the stand next to your sketches, and when the stand is turned around, you have correctly drawn pictures of their choices!
