 Adair's Crown Jewel
An excellent routine for children's entertainers, conceived by Ian Adair, the props for this comprise of a cut out crown with a large jewel, and a safe.
The crown is at first covered with a cloth or opaque silk. The performer states that the Queen owns a very valuable crown and in it's center is a priceless jewel. He further states that when the Queen is not wearing her crown she asks for the priceless jewel to be removed and placed inside the special security safe. He opens, first the first door ... it's not there. He opens the second door and points as if it is there, but it isn't. The priceless jewel has gone missing. Then he uncovers the crown to show that the jewel is there, set in the center of the crown. He removes the jewel, pokes his fingers through the big gap and recovers the crown.
He places the jewel inside one of the compartments of the two-doored case (safe !) closing the door. Here the usual tipping from one side to the other takes place ... ( ala the Die Box) the jewel has gone. Perhaps someone has stolen it. Each door, one at a time being opened for the fun, then both ... It Has Gone! Where can it be ?
He rushes over to the silk covered crown, whips the silk off ... but it is not there. He covers it again, , gets the children to shout out the magic words etc. and yes ... when revealed, its back in position, set in the center of the crown. (It is not necessary to cover it, you can have the Jewel re-appear visibly if you prefer.)

These are two complete different effects - The Crown which works like Forgetful Freddie, (you can eliminate the safe and vanish the jewel in a change bag if you prefer), and the safe (like the die box, which you could use with a Jumbo Coin as a different trick). The crown measures
10.5" in length, and 6" high, with the jewel 2.25" in diameter. It plugs/unplugs
instantly into the base (8.25" x 5") allowing you to set this up or dismantle
this in seconds. The "safe" is 6" long, 3" high, and 1.75" deep.

The Crown is approx
16" long, and stands 8" high. The Jewel is a large 3.5" diameter. The folding
base is 12" long and 7" wide. The safe measures 9" long, 2" thick, and 4.5"
high.
 Spring Wand
The Spring Wand is a comedy prop similar to a Breakaway Wand but is a
lot more versatile and can be used for other comedy effects.
Made from a 17" long, strong spring with plastic tips screwed on at
the ends. When held in the middle it is rigid and can be waved as a
normal wand, but when held at the tips it wobbles around as if made of
rubber.
Comes complete with several presentation ideas.
 Breakaway
Wand
Made for laughs - this wand is perfectly normal when held by
performer. However, when handed to a spectator, the wand COLLAPSES
into a crooked, limp, loose-jointed number of broken sections. When
returned to performer, wand instantly becomes straight. VERY FUNNY.
Hand this to the "wise one" in your audience, who thinks he knows it
all. Excellent plastic construction.
 Breakaway
Fan
One of the greatest laugh producers! During your performance, you
open the fan to "magically" fan some object. Then ask for a member
of your audience to help by holding the fan. When your assistant
opens the fan, it FALLS APART. However, you take the fan, open it
and it is restored again. This may be repeated several times and is
always sure of a big laugh.
 Flash Silk
Die - Its Magic
The performer displays a black silk, printed with a
design in white, (like a photograph negative). The performer throws up a
pich of confetti, and shakes the silk in the cascading confetti, and the
silk is found to be completely colored in many bright attractive colors.
It is again displayed clearly, stretched flat between the hands on both
sides.
We supply you the special "visual dyeing" picture silk, ready to
work.

 COLOR-IT
Magician shows a frame with a large window on it. Through the
window is a BLACK AND WHITE picture of a PRETTY LADY. As
the picture is slowly removed from the frame, it visibly becomes a full color
picture ...just like magic! In addition to the picture of
the PRETTY LADY we also supply a frame and picture of a FUNNY CLOWN. TWO FOR THE

 FLOWER
WALLET
The performer shows a large EMPTY wallet. The
wallet is closed and when you open the wallet TWO LARGE MYLAR FLOWERS APPEAR!
The wallet is closed and once again when you open the wallet TWO
FLOWERS APPEAR! This is repeated over and over again until you have produced
a total of 10 LARGE MYLAR FLOWERS.

 SILKS
IN NET TUBE
A
startling transformation effect! Three silks (red, green and yellow) are tied
together and inserted into a tube made of net-like material so the audience can
see the tube is empty. The silks are even pushed through the tube with a magic
wand to show it’s empty. Silks are inserted again but as the last silk goes
in, the magician suddenly pulls on it and the silks have changed into a
beautiful three-color feather flower.

 BLOOMING
BOUQUET
The performer displays a beautiful bouquet of
yellow flowers. He plucks the flowers from the bouquet one at a time; five
flowers in all are removed and tossed to the side. The magician is left holding
a bunch of green leaves. He makes a magic gesture and slowly the bunch begins to
swell. Small colored buds appear on the bunch—they grow right before the
audience to LARGE COLORED FLOWERS leaving the performer with a MULTI-COLORED
FLOWER BOUQUET!!
The bouquet is entirely mechanical

HAT LOADER
As a magician you must know how to produce
things out of an empty hat. With the E-Z HAT LOADER, you can produce a
large variety of articles at any time, from a BORROWED HAT.
In working
this effect the magician shows a colorful container, which is filled with
confetti. He pours some of the “magical” confetti into the hat. Then waving
his hand over the hat, he reaches into the hat and produces a realistic (wooden)
egg, silks, then a 9-foot garland streamer and finally a glass of milk.

You are supplied with a tall, clear plastic tube, a
handsomely decorated metal cover for it, a wooden base several different colored
balls approximately 2½ inches in diameter, and a beautifully decorated box with
swinging doors at the front and back.
Although there is
just room for the three balls, one on top of the other, to fit the plastic tube,
the ball placed on top of the three successively appears at the bottom and in
the center of the three balls. AND FOR A STUNNING
CLIMAX-the migratory sphere is placed in the box, both doors are closed.
But, when the doors are opened, you can see right through the box and the ball
has VANISHED quicker than you can say ‘Presto’. The ball has found
its way back to the plastic tube and appears between the other two balls!! STRAT-O-SPHERES is very colorful, well made, has eye
appeal and is highly recommended.
