The performer displays a scarf with a picture of an empty magician’s top hat on it. Both sides of the scarf are shown empty and both hands are shown empty. The magician reaches into the top hat and produces a beautiful flower. It seems that this flower has just appeared from the top hat printed on the scarf.

Magician shows both hands empty. A white silk is pushed into the top of his closed fist and it emerges from the bottom of his fist red. Twentieth Century Splendo

Three different colored silks are on a long, black rod. The center silk is removed and vanished. When the remaining two silks are removed from the rod, the vanished silk is now magically tied between the other two.

With a bit of magic, the three silks now become one, large, multi-colored silk!

A very large, black foulard is shown, having hundreds of white polka dots printed all over both sides.

Now, with a bit of magic, the magician holds this big cloth by a comer and begins to shake it, and all of the dots begin to flutter to the floor leaving a solid black cloth that can now be used for other tricks.
